Reservations and Stay Conditions
Booking
Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or by email. To guarantee the booking, the guest must provide their full name, phone number, email address, as well as a valid credit card number and its expiration date for guarantee purposes. . Without payment guarantee, the booking cannot be confirmed. Once the reservation is made, confirmation will be sent by email.
No payment will be charged in advance unless specific prepayment conditions apply or in the event of a no-show.
Bookings made through online travel agencies (OTAs) are subject to specific procedures and conditions as set by the respective platforms.
Payment Terms
Payment for the stay is due upon arrival. Any additional services consumed during the stay (e.g., coffee or occasional breakfast) can be settled upon departure. upon departure.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, holiday vouchers, cash. Bank checks are not accepted.
All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT.
Payment Terms for Companies
Companies may pay for the stay in advance via a secure online payment link, available upon request. Failing advance payment, the stay can be paid on site, upon the guest’s arrival, by credit card.

Hotel Rules
Check-in / Check-out
Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability and prior approval by reception. Any unauthorized late check-out will be billed €50 per hour started.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served as a continental buffet. On weekdays, service runs from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM; on weekends, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Earlier service may be arranged upon request the previous day.
Room Key – Usage Rules
For security reasons, room keys may not be taken outside the hotel. Guests must return their key to the front desk each time they leave during their stay. The key will be returned by a receptionist upon their return. The reception is open 24/7 to facilitate this procedure.
Check-out must be accompanied by the definitive return of the key.
Key use is strictly personal. In case of loss or non-return, a flat fee of €50 will be charged for lock replacement.
Tourist Tax
Tourist tax is not included in the reservation price. It must be paid directly on site.
Parking
Private paid parking is available to guests.
Vehicles remain under the responsibility of their owners. The hotel declines any liability in the event of loss/theft/damage in the parking area.
As parking spaces are limited, advance reservation is recommended.
Pets
Pets are welcome at the hotel for an additional nightly fee, payable upon arrival. Pets must never be left alone in the room and must not disturb the peace of other guests. The guest remains liable for any damage or nuisance caused by their pet.
House Rules
Guests agree to respect the premises, equipment, furniture, and decor. A room inspection is carried out after each departure. In the event of damage or theft, repair or replacement costs may be invoiced.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms, hallways, and common areas. Violation of this rule may result in a €150 flat-rate charge for deodorizing and restoration.
Use of gas appliances or cooking devices (portable stoves) is also prohibited in rooms.
For the safety of personal belongings, safes are available in each room. The hotel accepts no responsibility in case of theft or loss.
To preserve everyone’s peace and quiet, guests are kindly asked to avoid any noisy or inappropriate behavior, especially in common areas and guest rooms (slamming doors, excessive noise levels, etc.). In case of disturbance or inappropriate conduct, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund. If any inconvenience arises, guests are encouraged to notify the front desk, which is available to respond promptly.
The house rules apply to all reservations. Any person staying at the hotel implicitly accepts all general terms and house rules. In case of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to evict the guest without compensation.
