Cancellation Conditions and No-Show Policy

All reservation cancellations must be communicated to the Tiercé Hôtel through email only at: info@hoteltierce.com.

Non-Refundable Reservations

• Stays booked with promotional rates or under a “Non-Refundable” policy cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation, no-show on the scheduled date, or early departure.

Cancelable and Refundable Reservations

• Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the arrival date.
• For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, only the first night will be charged.

No-Show Policy

• In case of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date without any earlier notification, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Early Departure

• In the event of an early departure, unused nights may only be refunded if the guest informs the reception at least 24 hours in advance.
• Beyond this notice period, no refund will be granted for the remaining nights, which will be fully due.
• Refunds do not apply to bookings made under promotional or discounted rates.
