In the case of Accommodation Services (reservation of rooms within an Establishment or other types of accommodation), the Customer is reminded that he/she does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, in accordance with article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services that must be supplied on a specific date or for a specific period.
